The personalized diagnostic assesses an individual's problem-solving preferences to help illuminate their dominant style(s) as well as their associated strengths and weaknesses. The four styles map seamlessly to the four stages of any project and can be used to empower diverse teams to create more creative, effective and well-rounded solutions:
GENERATORS excel at producing a large quantity of ideas and possibilities. They are imaginative and thrive on brainstorming sessions but may find it difficult to organize and evaluate ideas.
CONCEPTUALIZERS focus on analyzing problems, developing concepts, and designing solutions. They are logical thinkers who enjoy creating frameworks and models but may struggle to refine and articulate operational roadmaps.
OPTIMIZERS are skilled at evaluating and refining ideas to make them more effective. They excel at critical analysis, feasibility assessment, and detailed planning but may find it challenging to incorporate or embrace alternative viewpoints.
IMPLEMENTERS are action-oriented and enjoy turning ideas into tangible results. They are skilled at planning, organizing, and executing projects but may struggle to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
